Important note: Not all masons are aware that freemasonry is used as a cover for evil! Many initiates disapprove of self-seeking criminality and persecution that goes on, particularly at the higher degrees. These higher degrees are controlled by a 'higher' order calling itself 'Illuminated' Masonry.
French and continental 'Grand Orient' Freemasonry is largely separate from 'Anglo-Saxon' Freemasonry, as exemplified by the grand lodges of England, Ireland, Scotland and the USA. Traditionally they have been 'at war'. Anglo-Saxon Freemasonry believes in the 'Great Architect of the Universe' - GAOTU - and its rituals are ostensibly monotheistic (if Luciferian) - whereas Grand Orient Freemasonry is godless.

The following rituals are copied directly from the small black (craft) and red (royal arch) books of masonic ritual given to candidates. In these books many expressions are represented only by their initial letter or, in the case of passwords and similar words simply by a blank underscore line. These have all been completed by an ex-royal arch freemason for publication here on the web.

Note on substitution of 'penalties'

These small Masonic ritual books include an alternative form or 'substituted text' introduced by masonic officials as a response to criticism of the ritual 'penalties' where the candidate willingly places him or herself under various gruesome threats of death if masonic secrets are revealed. When freemasons are accused of using death threats in their initiation rites they often attempt to rebuke such criticism by saying that these have now been substituted for a tamer form of words. This substitution is optional in the original book text.
The modern, alternative form of the penalty is 'ever bearing in mind the traditional penalty' rather than the older form which is 'under no less a penalty'. The original 'no lesser penalty' is used here.

THE PROVINCE OF BRISTOL

Events of the past year have followed the usual pattern for the Province. There have appeared in local newspapers some anti--Masonic reports and the Provincial Office has received requests for Masonic information. Invitations to talk on T.V. and a request to bring T. V. cameras into the building to interview members have been made. All these impudent requests were politely turned down. We must all understand that a refusal to answer questions must be maintained under such circumstances. Silence must be our policy. The letters from the Grand Secretary are most informative and he has given us guidelines for dealing with the media. Brethren who have encountered difficulties from outside should inform our Provincial Secretary who keeps a record of all such occurrences.
The Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge was held on Saturday, 9th May 1987 in the Conference Room of the Council House. A very good attendance was recorded. We were pleased to welcome several Provincial Grand Masters and their officers and' it was a most happy meeting. V.W. Bro. Jack Smallcombe was re-appointed as Deputy Provincial Grand Master. W. Bro. P.M. Stevens (5052) was invested as Provincial Senior Grand Warden and W. Bro. E.J. Higgs (7401) was invested as Provincial Junior Grand Warden. I must thank our two retiring Wardens, W. Bro. A. G. Hopton (4503) and W. Bro. RS. Smith (4701) for their splendid work throughout the year. They well supported the Masters and did much to raise monies for the organ fund.
As every member must know the organ in No. 1 Lodge Room has given trouble for a long time. It has now been restored to its former glory. Unforeseen difficulties were encountered which prevented the organ builders from completing the repairs in time for our first meetings in September. It is now finished and sounds a different instrument and our organists are happy with it. A celebration organ recital together with a buffet took place on 24th October, Bro. F.J.C. Bray (5052), Bro Ivan Fowler (1404) and Bro. C.J.C. Hart (3663) played, with Bro. Michael Taylor (1404) Baritone as Soloist. Families were invited and it was an enjoyable occasion.
Demonstrations of our unique working have been given in other Provinces and requests have been received taking us up to 1989.
We have entertained several visitors from overseas including the Grand Historian of the Grand Lodge of Oregon, W. Bro. Martin Nickelsen and a party of German bretl1ren who were guests of Royal Clarence Lodge.
Parts of the building have undergone repairs and new equipment has been fitted in the kitchen which will greatly assist our catering staff and in turn benefit us on the receiving end. The dining rooms, vestibule and lower floor have been decorated and a more cheerful atmosphere now exists. Our Board Member W. Bro. B.R Woodward has to be thanked for supervising al1 this work. Appropriate table place indicator badges for use at Provincial Grand Lodge visits have been made by W. Bro. D.A. Knights-Branch (Provincial Grand Treasurer) and wands in Nos. 1 and 3 Lodge Rooms have been refurbished by W. Bro. R. S. Smith. We are indebted to these brethren for so kindly thinking of these improvements.
A new portrait of the Grand Master, Bro. His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent now adorns the Vestibule.
At the Annual Investiture in London our Deputy Provincial Grand Master was promoted to Past Grand Sword Bearer and W. Bro. D.H. Fox (7401) was appointed to the rank of Past Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies and on the following day he received the rank of Past Grand Standard Bearer in Supreme Grand Chapter. Hearty congratulations are due to both these brethren on these well earned honours.
The Annual Carol Service at St. Mary Redcliffe Church was again well attended. The willingness of the church authorities in granting us the great privilege of using their beautiful edifice is fully appreciated by the Province.
The Royal Arch Chapters of the Province have enjoyed an interesting year and a number of visitors were recorded. The ceremonies have been very well presented and I congratulate the Principals for their zeal and enthusiasm. I commend all Master Masons who are not Royal Arch Masons seriously to consider joining one of our Chapters.
The Annual Convocation of Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter took place at Park Street on 22nd May. E. Companion Jack Smallcombe was re-appointed as Second Provincial Grand Principal and E. Companion B.R Woodward (3145) was appointed, obligated and installed as Third Provincial Grand Principal. E. Companion
A.G. Hopton (6673) was invested as Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies on the retirement of E. Companion A.M. Graves (686) who has for twelve years served the Province with dignity and distinction. We thank him and wish him a long and happy retirement.
Now that the Grand Charity appeal is completed and our Organ Fund finished a "Bristol Masonic Charitable Trust" is in process of being formed. This will be a permanent fund with wider objects than the Bristol Masonic Benevolent Institution and it will have power to give support to worthy non-Masonic Charities in our own area. More news will be forthcoming shortly.
Our Librarian and Archivist and his willing assistants have found more treasures hidden in the Library. Brethren should visit this fascinating room on our top floor to see the interesting books and Masonic items there. Brethren with anything of interest. even old menus and summonses should show them to W. Bro. Haugh who will be pleased to display them.
In June Bro. Peter Dibb (4561) retired from his duties as Hall Keeper. We thank him for his good services during the past five years and wish him and Mrs. Dibb a long and happy retirement
Bro. W. Holman (2943) has been appointed Hall Keeper and he and Mrs. Holman are now in residence in the flat at the top of our building.
Membership has fallen slightly due to deaths and brethren moving out of the district. Younger members are needed to fill offices in the lodges and chapters. There are pamphlets available from the Secretary's office which explain Freemasonry and its objects and are suitable for handing to non-Masonic friends who may show an interest in joining our Order.
Let us look forward to another happy year in 1988. I offer good wishes and fraternal greetings to every member of the Province.

PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE OF BRISTOL

BY-LAWS

ARTICLE I
In accordance with the Book of Constitutions (Rule 65) a Provincial Grand Lodge consists of the Provincial Grand Master, the present and past Provincial Grand officers, the Provincial Grand Stewards for the year, the Master, Past Masters and Wardens of all Lodges in the Province, and Past Masters of any Lodge under the English Constitution, if members of Grand Lodge; but no Brother can be a member of a Provincial Grand Lodge unless he is a subscribing member of a Lodge within such Province.
II.
A Provincial Grand Lodge shall be held once at least in every year, on the Second Friday in February, at half-past seven o'clock in the evening, or on such other day or at such other time as the Provincial Grand Master may appoint. At least seven days previous to each Meeting a Summons shall be sent by the Provincial Grand Secretary to the actual Provincial Grand Officers, and also to all other Brethren entitled to attend the Provincial Grand Lodge and whose names shall have been returned pursuant to Article XV.
III.
At every Meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge it shall be the especial duty of the Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies and his Assistant, and of the Provincial Grand Pursuivant and his Assistant, to guard against the admission of any but those entitled to attend or who are duly invited under the authority of the Provincial Grand Master or his Deputy; and to see that all are properly clothed and wearing the Jewel of their present or past Office.
IV.
The Provincial Grand Registrar shall have the custody of the Seal of the Provincial Grand Lodge, and shall affix, or authorise the Provincial Grand Secretary to affix, the same to all Documents issued by the authority of the Provincial Grand Lodge, to which the Provincial Grand Lodge shall direct the Seal to be affixed. He shall take care that all Documents to-which the Seal is affixed are in due form.
V.
The Provincial Grand Secretary shall keep a Register, in which shall be inserted the names of the present and past Officers of the Provincial Grand Lodge. He shall also record, or cause to be recorded, the names of the members present at each Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge.
NOTE- Correct minutes of the proceedings of the Provincial Grand Lodge or of ally Board or Committee thereof, shall be properly kept in suitable books for the purpose, which shall be produced by the Provincial Grand Master for the inspection of the Grand Master or the Grand Lodge, whenever required. - Vide Constitutions, "Provincial and District Grand Lodges, .. Rule 82.
VI.
The Provincial Grand Lodge being opened, the minutes of the last regular Provincial Grand Lodge and of any intervening Especial Provincial Grand Lodge, are to be read and put for confirmation, and all other business then regularly proceeded with.
VII.
It being very desirable that all matters of business to be brought under the consideration of Provincial Grand Lodge, shall, so far as practicable, be previously made known to the Members. Any Member of the Provincial Grand Lodge intending to move any resolution, or to submit any matter for its consideration and decision, shall state in writing, the substance of his intended motion or business, and transmit the same to the Provincial Grand Master or his Deputy, through the Provincial Grand Secretary, at least twenty-eight days before the meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge at which the same is to be considered and decided on. The substance of such intended motion or business shall be inserted in the Summonses for such meeting, and no motion or other matter shall be brought into discussion in the Provincial Grand Lodge, until such communication shall have been first made, unless the permission of the Provincial Grand Master, or his Deputy, shall have been first obtained. This regulation does not extend to the Provincial Grand Master, or his Deputy, who may, without any previous notice, at all times introduce, or permit to be introduced, any matter for the consideration and decision of the Provincial Grand Lodge as occasion may require.
VIII.
At the meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge to be held in the month of February annually, the Provincial Grand Officers shall be nominated, installed and invested by the Provincial Grand Master, or his Deputy, and at the same time a Treasurer shall be elected, who is thereby authorised to receive all monies belonging or payable to the Provincial Grand Lodge, and discharge all accounts due therefrom.
NOTE- The Treasurer is required to keep a regular account of his. receipts. and payments, and to produce such, Accounts at every Provincial Grand Lodge; and the same are to be audited once in each year, and a copy thereof transmitted to the Lodges within the Province. - Vide Constitutions, "Provincial and District Grand Lodges," Rule 85.
IX.
The Furniture, Jewels, and all other Property 'belonging to the Provincial Grand Lodge, shall be under the care of the Provincial Grand Treasurer, who shall be responsible for the same. An Inventory thereof shall be made and kept, and on every change in the Office of Treasurer, the newly-elected Treasurer shall ascertain by examination that all the Furniture, Jewels, and other Property comprised in such Inventory are forthcoming, and sign a memorandum to that effect, but, in case he shall find any article missing, he shall make a special note thereof, and forthwith report the same to the Provincial Grand Master, or his Deputy.
X.
The Treasurer's Accounts shall be audited by two Masters, or Past Masters of Lodges, to be appointed by the Provincial Grand Master, or his Deputy, previously to the Annual Meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge. At such Meeting such Audited Accounts shaH be read, and a copy thereof forthwith transmitted by the Provincial Grand Secretary to the Lodges within the Province.
XI.
In order to establish a Local Fund, to be appropriated to Charitable and other Masonic purposes, each Lodge in the Province shall pay to the Provincial Grand Lodge 60p per annum for every contributing Member, and £1.00 for every Brother who has been initiated. Fee for registering a new Lodge £2.10.
XII.
Every Brother on his first appointment to anyone of the following offices, shall pay to the Provincial Grand Lodge the following Fees of Office, viz:-

Provincial Grand Chaplains, each. . .. . . . .. .. £10.00

Any Brother appointed to Past Provincial Grand Rank (in accordance with Rule 69, Book of Constitutions) shall pay the Fee appropriate to his Office.
XIII.
The Fees specified in Article XII, shall not be payable on the re-appointment of any Past Provincial Grand Officer to the same office, nor on the appointment of any Past Provincial Grand Officer to an office inferior in rank to that which he has before held, and in respect of which he has paid an appointment fee. And any Brother who may be promoted from an inferior to a superior office in the Provincial Grand Lodge shall pay one-half only of the fee payable in respect of the office to which he is advanced.
XIV.
No Brother shall be allowed to rank as a Past Provincial Grand Officer unless he has paid his appointment fee and served in his office for one term, or has been appointed to Past Provincial Grand Rank in accordance with Rule 69, Book of Constitutions.
XV.
The Master of each Lodge in the Province shall annually, on or after the 31 st day of December, but in no case later than the 21 st day of January next following, cause a correct Return up to December 31 st of its Members, and the Brethren initiated or admitted therein during the preceding twelve months, with the dates of the joining, initiation, passing and raising of each Brother, to be made out in the prescribed form, and signed by him, and delivered to the Provincial Grand Secretary, and shall at the same time pay the sums of money due or payable to the Provincial Grand Lodge by virtue of Article XI. At the same time such Master shall cause a Return, signed by him, to be made to the Provincial Grand Secretary, of each Member of his Lodge claiming to be entitled to attend the Provincial Grand Lodge.
XVI.
Should any Lodge neglect for one whole year to make its Returns and Payments agreeably to Article» XI. and XV.. the Master, Wardens and Past Masters of such Lodge shall not. without the especial permission of the Provincial Grand Master. or his Deputy, be allowed to attend any Meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge until such Returns and Payments shall have been made. And in case of continued neglect after admonition. such Lodge shall be reported to the Grand Lodge of England, and such measures adopted as are warranted by the Laws and Constitutions of the Order.
XVII.
If at any time it shall hereafter be deemed advisable to repeal all, any, or either of these By-Laws, and to substitute any other By- Law or By- Laws, such proposed amendment shall, before the same is proposed in Provincial Grand Lodge, be reduced into writing, and submitted to the Provincial Grand Master or his Deputy, and if found not to contain anything contrary to the Constitutions or the Ancient Landmarks of the Order. then such amendment may be proposed in Provincial Grand Lodge (subject to the regulations contained in Article VII.). and. if the proposition be seconded. the question shall be put thereon for the opinion of the Provincial Grand Lodge. If approved by a majority of the Members, then present, such amended By-Laws shall be forwarded to the Grand Master for his approval, and, on this being obtained, shall become the By- Laws of the Provincial Grand Lodge.
XVIII.
These By-Laws, Rules and Regulations shall be binding on all the Lodges within the Province, unless and until the same shall be legally repealed or altered in pursuance of Article XVII., and the same shall be forthwith printed for use of the Provincial Grand Lodge Officers and the Lodges of the Province.
We have perused the afore going By-laws, and find they do not contain anything contrary to the Constitutions or the Ancient Landmarks of the Order.

How long I will be able to do this is anybody's guess. However, I would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics. Each of these topics will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not.
"I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place. I have gone to more than 70 countries, and I cannot remember any country that has the beauty, as well as the magnificence of its people, like these United States.


"To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school. Half of my school was in that field and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the New World Order. The first base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico. I was involved in 1979 in a firefight with alien humanoids, and I was one of the survivors. I'm probably the only talking survivor you will ever hear. Two other survivors are under close guard. I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation. Sixty-six secret service agents, FBI, Black Berets and the like, died in that firefight. I was there.
"Number one, part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking. Part of what I am going to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable, though, instead of putting your glasses on, I'm going to ask you to put your "scepticals" on. But please, feel free to do your own homework. I know the Freedom of Information Act isn't much to go on, but it's the best we've got. The local law library is a good place to look for Congressional Records. So, if one continues to do their homework, then one can be standing vigilant in regard to their country.
Deep Underground Military Bases and the Black Budget
"I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it was so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military bases and the black budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.
"They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940's. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them. Richard Sauder, a Ph.D. architect, has risked his life by talking about this. He worked with a number of government agencies on deep underground military bases. In around where you live, in Idaho, there are 11 of them.
"The average depth of these bases is over a mile, and they again are basically whole cities underground. They all are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser-drilling machines that can drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day. The Black Projects side-step the authority of Congress, which as we know is illegal. Right now, the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time I was working on them that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to rather extensively.
Development of Military Technology, Implied German Interest in Hyperspacial Technology
"Basically, as far as technology is concerned, for every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44.5 years. This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another place. My father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on both sides of the war. He was originally a U-boat captain, and was captured and repatriated in the United States. He was involved with different kinds of concerns, such as the A-bomb, the H-bomb and the Philadelphia Experiment. He invented a high-speed camera that took pictures of the first atomic tests at Bikini Island on July 12, 1946. I have original photographs of that test, and the photos also show UFO's fleeing the bombsite at a high rate of speed. Bikini Island at the time was infested with them, especially under the water, and the natives had problems with their animals being mutilated. At that time, General MacArthur felt that the next war would be with aliens from other worlds. "Anyway, my father laid the groundwork with theoreticians about the Philadelphia experiment, as well as other experiments. What does that have to do with me? Nothing, other than the fact that he was my father. I don't agree with what he did on the other side, but I think he had a lot of guts in coming here. He was hated in Germany. There was a $1 million reward, payable in gold, to anyone who killed him. Obviously, they didn't succeed. Anyway, back to our topic - deep underground bases.



The Fire Fight At Dulce Base
"Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the firefight at Dulce occurred quite by accident. I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time.
My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts. "Anyway, I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body, that blew a hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation. I have had cancer because of that.
"I didn't get really interested in UFO technology until I started work at Area 51, north of Las Vegas. After about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and Knudson, EG&G and other companies. At Area 51, they were testing all kinds of peculiar spacecraft. How many people here are familiar with Bob Lazar's story? He was a physicist working at Area 51 trying to decipher the propulsion factor in some of these craft.
Schneider's Worries About Government Factions, Railroad Cars and Shackle Contracts
"Now, I am very worried about the activity of the federal government. They have lied to the public, stonewalled senators, and have refused to tell the truth in regard to alien matters. I can go on and on. I can tell you that I am rather disgruntled. Recently, I knew someone who lived near where I live in Portland, Oregon. He worked at Gunderson Steel Fabrication, where they make railroad cars. Now, I knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type. He came in to see me one day, excited, and he told me "they're building prisoner cars." He was nervous. Gunderson, he said, had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full-length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion dollars for the contract. Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the cars in the rail yards in North Portland. He was right. If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15,000,000. This is probably the number of people who disagree with the federal government. No more can you vote any of these people out of office. Our present structure of government is "technocracy", not democracy, and it is a form of feudalism. It has nothing to do with the republic of the United States. These people are god-less, and have legislated out prayer in public schools. You can get fined up to $100,000 and two years in prison for praying in school. I believe we can do better. I also believe that the federal government is running the gambit of enslaving the people of the United States. I am not a very good speaker, but I'll keep shooting my mouth off until somebody puts a bullet in me, because it's worth it to talk to a group like this about these atrocities.



America's Black Program Contractors
"There are other problems. I have some interesting 1993 figures. There are 29 prototype stealth aircraft presently. The budget from the U.S. Congress five-year plan for these is $245.6 million. You couldn't buy the spare parts for these black programs for that amount. So, we've been lied to. The black budget is roughly $1.3 trillion every two years. A trillion is a thousand billion. A trillion dollars weighs 11 tons. The U.S. Congress never sees the books involved with this clandestine pot of gold. Contractors of sleuth programs: EG&G, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison- Knudson, Wackenhut Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Lorimar Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsibishi Industries, Rider Trucks, Bechtel, *I.G. Farben*, plus a host of hundreds more. Is this what we are supposed to be living up to as freedom- loving people? I don't believe so.
Star Wars and Apparent Alien Threat
"Still, 68% of the military budget is directly or indirectly affected by the black budget. Star Wars relies heavily upon stealth weaponry. By the way, none of the stealth program would have been available if we had not taken apart crashed alien disks. None of it. Some of you might ask what the "space shuttle" is "shuttling". Large ingots of special metals that are milled in space and cannot be produced on the surface of the earth. They need the near vacuum of outer space to produce them. We are not even being told anything close to the truth. I believe our government officials have sold us down the drain - lock, stock and barrel. Up until several weeks ago, I was employed by the U.S. government with a Ryolite-38 clearance factor - one of the highest in the world. I believe the Star Wars program is there solely to act as a buffer to prevent alien attack - it has nothing to do with the "cold war", which was only a toy to garner money from all the people - for what? The whole lie was planned and executed for the last 75 years.
Stealth Aircraft Technology Use by U.S. Agencies and the United Nations "Here's another piece of information for you folks. The Drug Enforcement Administration and the ATF rely on stealth tactical weaponry for as much as 40% of their operations budget. This in 1993 and the figures have gone up considerably since. The  used American stealth aircraft for over 28% of its collective world-wide operations from 1990 to 1992, according to the Centre for Strategic Studies and UN Report 3092.
The Guardians of Stealth and Delta Force Origins of the Bosnia Conflict "The Guardians of Stealth: There are at least three distinct classifications of police that guard our most well kept secrets. Number one, the Military Joint Tactical Force (MJTF), sometimes called the Delta Force or Black Berets, is a multi-national tactical force primarily used to guard the various stealth aircraft worldwide. By the way, there were 172 stealth aircraft built. Ten crashed, so there were at last count about 162. Bill Clinton signed them away about six weeks ago to the United Nations. There have been indications that the Delta Force was sent over to Bosnia during the last days of the Bush administration as a covert sniper force, and that they started taking pot shots at each side of the controversy, in order to actually start the Bosnia conflict that would be used by succeeding administrations for political purposes.
Thoughts on the Bombings in the United States
"I was hired not too long ago to do a report on the World Trade Centre bombing. I was hired because I know about the 90 some- odd varieties of chemical explosives. I looked at the pictures taken right after the blast. The concrete was puddled and melted. The steel was literally extruded up to six feet longer than its original length. There is only one weapon that can do that - a small nuclear weapon. That's a construction-type nuclear device. Obviously, when they say that it was a nitrate explosive that did the damage, they're lying 100%, folks. The people they have in custody probably didn't do the crime. As a matter of fact, I have reason to believe that the same group held in custody did do other crimes, such as killing a Jewish rabbi in New York.
However, I want to further mention that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that it was a nitrate or fertiliser bomb that did it. "First, they came out and said it was a 1,000 pound fertiliser bomb. Then, it was 1,500. Then 2,000 pounds. Now its 20,000. You can't put 20,000 pounds of fertiliser in a Rider Truck. Now, I've never mixed explosives, per se. I know the chemical structure and the application of construction explosives. My reputation was based on it. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep underground military bases in the United States. I worked on the Malta project, in West Germany, in Spain and in Italy. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would have hardly shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City. It would have killed a few people and knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would have never have done that kind of damage. I believe I have been lied to, and I am not taking it any longer, so I'm telling you that you've been lied to.

Now, I worked in the federal government for a long time, and I know exactly how they handle their business.

"The federal government has now invented an earthquake device. I am a geologist, and I know what I am talking about. With the Kobe earthquake in Japan, there was no pulsewave as in a normal earthquake. None. In 1989, there was an earthquake in San Francisco. There was no pulse wave with that one either. It is a Tesla device that is being used for evil purposes. The black budget programs have subverted science as we know it. Look at AIDs, invented by the National Ordinance Laboratory in Chicago, Illinois in 1972. It was a biological weapon to be used against the people of the United States. The reason I know this is that I have seen the documentation by the Office of Strategic Services, which by the way is still in operation to this day, through the CDC in Atlanta. They used the glandular excretions of animals, humans and alien humanoids to create the virus. These alien humanoids the government is hobnobbing with are the worst news. There is absolutely no defence against their germs - none. They are a biological weapon of terrible consequence. Every alien on the planet needs to be isolated.
"Saddam Hussein killed 3.5 million Kurdish people with a similar biological weapon. Do we, the people of this planet, deserve this? No, we don't, but we are not doing anything about it. I drove into the mountains in order to get to Needles, California, and I was followed by two government E-350 vans with G-14 plates, each with a couple of occupants, one of which had an Uzi. I knew exactly who they were. I have spoken 19 times and have probably reached 45,000 people. Well, I got ahead of them and came to a stop in the middle of the road. They both went on either side of me and down a ravine. Is this what its going to take? I cut up my security card and sent it back to the government, and told them if I was threatened, and I have been, that I was going to upload 140,000 pages of documentation to the Internet about government structure and the whole plan. I have already begun that task."

Phil Schneider makes some very detail and unbelievable story about these DUMBS and what the government is doing with them, Alien live and unbelievable experiments were being done underground with the Alien visitor and human beings. Horus-Ra as the Archontic Alien Parasite: A follow-up interview with Maarit a Scandinavian MILAB-abductee

A follow up interview with Maarit, a Scandinavian milab, is featured as the key witness of a most fascinating, bizarre and disturbing account that involves elements of alien and milab abductions, rituals, genetic manipulation, mind control and outright spiritual warfare. The archontic behaviors are also evident in the human collaborators who serve their malevolent alien controllers in a clandestine fashion within the military industrial complex. Aliens as intrusive parasites, is a theme found in the work of Dr.Corrado Malanga, PhD and in my own findings with alien abductions and milabs. This aspect of alien interference goes beyond physical abductions and includes the bio-energy system of the abductee, their spirit, mind and soul.

Ancient Gnostic View of Archons The aliens as parasites that invade the mind of a human host is also described in the ancient Gnostic writings of the Nag Hammadi Library. (http://www.gnosis.org/naghamm/nhl.html) In this view, the alien forces are called Archons, inorganic beings who act under the power of the Demiurge, sometimes referred to as Ialtobaoth in Gnostic lore. Ialdabaoth is known to be a powerful shape shifter; one of his faces is a lion with a serpentine body. According to Gnostic scholar John Lash, PhD in his article titled, Alien Dreaming, “…the lion-serpent image is displayed over and over again in hieroglyphic form on the walls of the Temple of Horus at Edfu, forty miles south of Nag Hammadi. Could this “royal seed” of the pharaohs be alien human hybrids, or individuals who have been genetically modified by the alien hybrid breeding program, so popularized in contemporary UFO abduction research? Some believe that the royal seed are descendents of the Annunaki so commonly discussed in the writings of Zechariah Sitchin. Some assert that the ancient Annunaki are nothing more than the reptilian lizard beings so prevalently discussed by conspiracy researchers such as David Icke. Maarit told me in her previous interview—and in many private conversations– that the draconian beings rule over the reptilians and many other races colluding in the alien abduction agenda on this planet. She also admits that there are many alien races who are like us in their search for divine spiritual truths, and who are also, misled via many corrupted religious beliefs which ultimately can be traced back to the same Satanic-Archontic-Parasitic game plan. She admits there are some aliens who are more spiritually attuned just like there are some humans who are more enlightened than the average mass consciousness. It is not a black and white picture, but there are some basic truths, which are being kept secret from the masses. The most guarded secrets behind the aliens, New World Order agenda and the parasitic Archontic game plan revolves around the combination of satanic psychic vampirism and high technology. This high technology has also been referred to as black meta-technology because it combines elements of ritual black magic, nano technology, mind control; genetic manipulation and alien implant technology. Truly a soul oppressing combination and in my view, a great threat to humanity. Unless, of course, we wake up and start taking responsibility for our own freedom. Optogenetics, Genetic Manipulation and Mitochondrial DNA In Maarit’s former interview she discusses her understanding of what it means to be genetically modified by the aliens. The alteration of DNA is done in such a way that the central nervous system of the abductee is affected in order to accommodate and effectively “express” the alien consciousness. She says that the alien consciousness—which functions at a different vibrational frequency—acts as a sort of epigenetic co-factor which jump starts the hybrid body genetics, which has been modified to accommodate this alien consciousness. Here the question of genetic alteration may be a function of energetic-vibrational frequency modulation. An energetic-epigenetic factor, if you will. Dr. Corrado Malanga’s book  “Alieni o Demoni. La battaglia per la vita eterna” 2nd edition, (Terresommerse, 2010), and current research confirms the relationship between abductions and mitochondrial DNA, and the fact that the abduction phenomena is passed over from mother to children. This means that an abductee’s father cannot pass it over to his sons, unless the mother, too, is an abductee. Based on his research data obtained from working with hundreds of experiencers/abductees, Dr. Malanga reached the conclusion that aliens are interested only in humans endowed with what we conventionally might call “Soul Consciousness” or “the unconscious mind”. Malanga stresses that: 1) Somebody (aliens and the creators of the aliens) under the motto “Divide et impera”, has broke the Consciousness into 3 parts: -          the Mind (more similar to the conscious mind) -          the Spirit (”    ” to the subconscious mind) -          the Soul (”    ” more similar to the unconscious mind) 2) In the case of the abductees, these 3 consciousnesses do not know each other, do not talk to each other and often they don’t even know who they are and why they are here. Essentially there is a “soul disconnect” with unrecovered abductees.(EL-This can be understood as a type of dissociation from disconnected aspects of themselves.) This disconnect is facilitated by various alien technologies such as implants, alien parasites, mind control programming and trauma. This disconnect facilitates the aliens usage of their soul energy, much like how a water main has been pilfered by attaching various hoses and pipes to divert the flow from the water main. 3) In case of the abductees, most of the time the Soul consciousness believes it is a slave of the aliens, looks upon them as gods and is afraid of them. According to Dr. Malanga, the cure for the abduction phenomena is to get the Soul to remember who she/it is– a sovereign entity upon which aliens have no right. The body must be cleaned up of parasites and implants. Soul, Mind and Spirit have to know each other and they have to unify into one single and sovereign Consciousness. This process was noted to bring unexpected coherence into the psyche of the persona. Dr. Malanga designed a semi-hypnotic neurolinguistic visualization called Flash Mental Simulation (FMS) to help abductees reconnect with their soul consciousness, spirit and mind in such a way that they can use this power and awareness to remove or neutralize alien implants so that they are “reconnected to their inner soul power”. (See FMS procedure at http://flashmentalsimulation.wordpress.com/flash-mental-simulation/) When abductees were under hypnosis, Dr. Malanga was able to retrieve information acquired by the abductee’s Soul part, which is the part of the persons being that has all awareness, memory and power and can co-exist in an eternal timeless place, that the aliens cannot.  It is this soul energy that the aliens want to tap into as a source of energy and immortal life for them, which apparently they do not have. An interesting sidebar is that through numerous hypnotic regressions, Dr. Malanga found that the reason why aliens choose one person over another for abductions is a matter of DNA. The soul links directly to the DNA of a person. This knowledge was gained via communication with abductee’s Soul parts (during hypnosis) and from some of the alien parasite entities that spoke through the abductee in hypnosis. Some people are suitable and some are not (for alien abduction usage) because their DNA vibrates at frequencies incompatible with the Soul’s frequency. So, apparently there is a genetic incompatibility with a large part of the human race. Many abductees questioned in the same manner via hypnosis were also asked then, how many humans on earth actually have souls as we understand it? The answers ranged from very few to less than 50% having souls. The abductees who were taken comprise only 5-10% of the souled humans. This concept about not all humans having souls per se is in the least very controversial. Being exposed to various tones, frequencies and colors are often reported in alien abduction and milab experiences. The emerging field of optogenetics can explain the value and possible applications and is becoming a new frontier in medical research. “Optogenetics” can be defined as the integration of optics and genetics to control well-defined events (such as action potentials) within specified cells (such as a targeted class of projection neurons) in living tissues (such as the brains of freely behaving mammals).” (See below link for full article on Microbial Opsins: A family of Single Component Tools for Optic control of Neural Activity.

One of the more fascinating aspects of my many conversations with Maarit revolved around the discussion of genetic manipulation of the mitochondrial DNA of abductees. Mitochondrial DNA is the DNA inside the mitochondria, energy producing organelles within each cell. Mitochondria are understood to be a major component of energy production of all human beings and involved in oxidative phosphorylation and the electron transport chain. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitochondrion) Maarit and I speculated that the draconians have vested interests in the mitochondria and its DNA and may have even helped engineer this organelle into the human system to take charge of our energy production system. Our bodies can produce subtle energies for these parasitic aliens, who insert us with various implants to perhaps transport or transform these subtle energies for their usage. Nigel Kerner, author of “Alien Grey’s and the Harvesting of Souls” (Bear & Company, 2010) believes that alien genetic manipulation of humans is easier in Caucasian people because their nuclear DNA is less shrouded by melanin granules, which normally cover large portions of the chromosomal DNA in indigenous peoples of color. In the skin of black people the melanin granules cluster around the nuclei of the cell. This positioning of the melanosomes serves to protect the cells from UV light damage, and hence undue genetic mutation by UV radiation. This is one reason he believes that the aliens prefer to abduct more Caucasian people, because the DNA is more accessible than in darker skinned people. Since melanin absorbs light, it stands to reason that white people would be more susceptible to light manipulation, via advanced optigenetics as well.  Fair skinned people are more photosensitive and prone to skin cancer. Mitochondria are energy producing organelles within each of our cells and contains its own circular DNA, much like a bacteria or plastid, and is believed to have an endosymbiotic origin, somewhere along our evolutionary history. This circular structure, according to Kerner’s theory, is what enabled aliens to insert their own selected genes into our Mt DNA genome, which contains thirty-seven genes. (Pg. 191) It is also interesting to note that mitochondrial DNA in humans can be traced back maternally to a single Mitochondrial Eve, an African woman existing approximately 500,000 years ago. Another interesting facet regarding the mitochondrial DNA is its capacity for “data storage” according to a Hong Kong group of genetic researchers http://www.nigelkerner.com/Confirmations/Bacterial_Hard_in_our_Cells.html) As DNA, the MtDNA would be easier to access and manipulate, because it is a circular plasmid much like bacterial DNA and is not shrouded by melanin granules like the nuclear DNA. In the aforementioned article, the bacteria—or mitochondria—can be used for biocryptopgrahy. This is the art of storing and encrypting information in living organisms. Biocryptography and the encoding mechanism contains built-in checks to ensure that DNA mutations in some bacterial cells (or mitochondria, for example) do not corrupt the data as a whole. This can enable large amounts of information to piggyback on the mitochondrial DNA. They can also tag extra information on genetically modified genes, for data storage regarding the genetic modifications, as one would identify barcodes. In the April 2011 interview with Maarit, she believes that many genetic modifications done to her involve variations in the central nervous system and her immune function. Many female abductees in particular, are stricken with autoimmune disorders such as Lupus, multiple sclerosis, eczema, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Could these health issues be a result of genetic modification by aliens, or excessive energy vampirism by the aliens themselves? Clones and the Black Box Soul Recycling Technology In one of Maarit’s experiences with her 5-year-old son, they both remember being placed in an enclosed machine with deep red lights and pulsating sound. Her son remembered long needles being inserted into him. She believes this pulsating sound and light instrument had to do with cloning in some fashion, and recognized similarities in her and her sons experiences, as those events described in Ted Rice’s abduction testimony, written in the late Dr. Karla Turner’s book, Masquerade of Angels (Keltworks, 1995) One of Ted’s abduction memories involved a small black box that was used to transfer his astral body consciousness from his original body into a cloned version of himself. Maarit told me that one of the reasons they use the black box, is so that the human spirit consciousness does not disperse and go elsewhere, and instead is trapped and directed into cloned bodies or stored until transferred to where the aliens want to place the astral body consciousness. Maarit believes this black box technology is also key to the aliens “soul recycling” technology, which entraps human souls to be born into bodies chosen for that person.  Some abductees have reported to me privately that the aliens have interfered with them in other lifetimes, and were told or remembered to have made pacts with “reptilians” in former lives. This being the reason they now are in milab supersoldier programs, for example. Observing cloned human bodies is a recurrent theme reported in many alien abduction testimonies, and with milabs. In Dr. Corrado Malanga’s research with testimonies gleaned via interviews and hypnotic regressions, abductees reported vivid memories of cloned human bodies of other abductees stored in various places by the aliens and human military collaborators. In my own work, I see this more within the milab abductee testimonies. In fact, based on the number of milab reports and abductees being used as “operatives” for the aliens or military, led to the hypothesis that the cloned bodies of abductees are sometimes the physical bodies used to carry out various mind controlled operations for various agendas, alien and human. This is one reason why some milabs and supersoldiers I have interviewed say that in these mind-controlled ops, they feel as though their bodies are perpetually younger or no older than 35 years of age. Many abductees have discussed with me mutually shared “dream experiences” with other abductees. Memories involving military operation themes are common, as if they are being either tested and trained for specific military operations or are literally being used in an alter personality mode or, possibly in cloned bodies. Ritual Elements in Milab Experiences Maarit recalls being used in rituals in some her milab abductions. Although her memories are not completely clear, enough can be gleaned to say that certain aliens—and the humans who work under them– are heavily steeped in ritual behavior. One such ritual experience occurred only after she had confronted the reptilians face to face within a virtual reality experience. For those not familiar with the term virtual reality experience, or VRE, virtual reality is conducted in such a way that the abductee’s mind is invaded with interfaced technology that can alter brain wave states. This technology is believed to be used when testing and training an abductee, or used in programming of the mind, torture and also “dream hacking” experiences. In dream hacking, the abductee’s mind or dream state is suddenly interrupted by alien beings, disguised entities or humans engaging in behaviors to test or influence the abductee’s psychological state. In one such dream hack, where Maarit and her son shared a dream they confirmed later, Maarit recalled hearing the sound of a helicopter hover her house, while in bed. “Oftentimes”, she says, “this helicopter sound comes when I have an intense VRE experiences.”  Sometimes, these dream hackings are done to keep the person in a lower emotional vibrational state where stage-managed dreams involving interrogation or assaults on self-esteem are done to keep the abducee in a state of fear, learned helplessness and low self-worth. This is a prime disempowerment tool to maintain a victim-like mentality that keeps the abductee feeling powerless. As long as the abductee believes this on a subconscious non-lucid level, these dream hackings can alter their behavior, beliefs and life choices beneficial to their abductors. This serves to keep them under control of the abductors and programmers. This has been reported by many milabs. It takes an aware individual who has the capacity for regular dream recall, and occasional lucid dreaming ability to be able to detect this type of manipulation. For most people, dreams are not recalled clearly, if at all–let alone lucid dreaming abilities. It requires a heightened awareness to become aware of the level of consciousness manipulation done via advanced technologies. Conversely, it would behoove abductees and their therapists to undo this kind of programming and re install beneficial beliefs via hypnotic techniques or neurolinguistic  methods. Maarit’s Experience with the Horus-Ra the Archon Parasite Maarit’s interaction with the Horus-Ra consciousness happened only after her confrontation with reptilians and draconians. Maarit explains, “Horus-Ra came forward to make his presence clear. I saw this consciousness clearly when my eyes were closed as a hologram of an old grayish snake with a face. The message was clear: I had to deal with him.” Maarit said that one would rarely encounter Horus-Ra directly unless the fear factor with the reptilians and their coworkers is cleared. In other words, one has to be clear of fear in such a way that the awareness and clarity of mind can perceive the influence of Ra. She says that the emotional turmoil of an individual usually prevents this straight observation of this “dark immanence” of Ra. She says one difference between Horus-Ra and the other beings like reptilians, dracos or even some greys is that normally there is an instinctual repulsion to be around these predatory alien beings. But the influence and mental input of Horus-Ra energy is quite alluring, and tempting. “And”, she adds, “You have to resist it mentally to keep the freedom of yourself—the wholeness of your being. The Ra is blocking the free state of mind.” She also said that most of the time Ra is already within humans, but they just don’t recognize it. This is reminiscent of what the Gnostics said about the Archontic intrusions existing within the human mind. It is always there, but can be minimized by practicing awareness, taking on the protection of the Light and avoiding getting entrapped in the emotions of jealousy and envy. (John Lash’s Alien Dreaming article, quote from “Dialogue of the Savior, NHC III, 5 (85)) In the Ra encounter Maarit said, “During the night I woke up in a chamber like place. It was not a big room. On the walls were various pictures and Egyptian hieroglyphics and pictograms. They allowed me to choose one. I did. Then, I blacked out, and woke up again. This time I found myself in a tomb made of grey stone. I was watching the consciousness of Horus-Ra. He put me in a coffin with a heavy lid on it and left me there to suffocate. The next morning I woke up with funny pressure marks on my wrist. This same experience involved reptilians and military afterwards where I found an implant with a cut on my hand.” ( Figure 2 below)
On another night Maarit told me, “I found myself viewing a chamber like tunnel and at the end there was huge Sphinx-figure. Ra dwelled in a place made from white marble-like substance–it was shown to me like that. And he was sad I chose God instead of “him”.
