Artificial Intelligence Takes the Battlefield: Who Is Really Running Jade Helm 15?

(Truthstream Media) Who is really going to be running Jade Helm 15?

There is more to the story than just training for martial law in states designated as “hostile states” – already a chilling pretext with overtones of greater federal power that could spiral out of control.

But it seems that it is actually A.I. – artificial intelligence – that is at the helm of an enormous and unprecedented military drill. A scary thought for sure… but what does it really mean?

If analysts are correct, it seems that “JADE” is an acronym for a DARPA-developed A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and will be in charge of the drill in order to “master the human” domain and predict human response.

Level 9 News, who appeared in the above interview with John B. Wells, gave a 38 minute YouTube presented about what exactly she has uncovered concerning JADE Helm as an artificial intelligence exercise – talk about adding layers of meaning to the 2015 Bilderberg discussion of A.I!

“JADE” is an A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and has the ability to use vast amounts of data being collected on the human domain to generate human terrain systems in geographic population centric locations to identify and eliminate targets, insurgents, rebels or whatever labels that can be flagged as targets in a Global Information Grid for Network Centric Warfare environments.

The JADE II battle field system is cognitive and intuitive. It can examine prior executed battle plans and and devise ‘new and better’ strategies to increase the ‘kill chain’. In short, JADE HELM will not be battles directed by Generals and Military Commanders, but by a computer. It is a cognitive software program based on a Network Centric Warfare System at the HELM.

The rapid weaponization of drones – with thousands now taking over skies – was just the beginning. Along with coordinated efforts with human military teams, the A.I. computers are already being rolled out for the battlefield. In a short time, weaponized robots will join them, and autonomous, learning, thinking computers will thereafter put humans out of the loop of decision making – and take lives into their own hands.

What is Jade Helm 15?

On July 15, approximately 1,200 U.S. troops, mostly Special Operations forces, will participate in Jade Helm 15, a two-month military training exercise sprawling across seven states in the American Southwest, including Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico.

While Jade Helm will be one of the largest military training exercises ever performed on domestic soil, the operation has garnered national attention for a slightly different reason: It’s the subject of conspiracy theories propagated by wary libertarians and conservatives worried about the potential establishment of martial law.

These theories have climbed all the way up the highest levels of state government, eventually prompting Governor Greg Abbott to declare in April that he will have the Texas State Guard monitor the training exercise.

In a letter to the commander of the Texas State Guard, Abbott wrote, "During the training operation, it is important that Texans know their safety, constitutional rights, private property rights and civil liberties will not be infringed."

Conspiracy theories abound

Alex Jones, the popular radio-show host, was one of the first to popularize the theory that Jade Helm was actually an attempt by the U.S. military to prepare for the imposition of martial law.

Jones, writing in March on his website Infowars, warned ominously of a trend toward domestic militarization. A couple of months later, another article from Jones’ website cautioned readers, "Jade Helm 15 is more than just a military exercise, it’s also an exercise of the new field in geo-spatial intelligence using human domain analytics to map the politics and thoughts of any nation, state, city, right down to the individual."

Much of the hubbub circulates around a leaked map that marks all of Texas and Utah, as well as the southern tip of California, as "hostile" territory. This is not the first time, however, that the U.S. Army has conducted training exercises against hypothetical and hostile combatants: past operations include guerilla warfare in North Carolina and insurgencies in Florida.

There are some additional theories that have also circulated online: that the government is arresting political dissidents; that the U.N. is involved in Jade Helm as part of an attempt to seize people’s guns; that ISIS will somehow be involved.

One particularly popular idea implicates shuttered Walmart stores in the area, either as locations for military supply stockpiles or as the bases for a network of underground tunnels. A Walmart spokesman declared there was "no truth to the rumors."

Those rumors made it into a Doonesbury cartoon, which PolitiFact Texas ended up fact-checking. The comic strip claimed that Abbott had activated the state guard to monitor Jade Helm 15 "in case the troops try to impose martial law, disarm innocent Texans, and detain them in tunnels beneath closed Walmart stores." Upon review, we concluded that the comic had gone too far in claiming Abbott had "activated" the state guard, and there was no reason to suppose that Abbott himself assigned any credence to the various conspiracy theories. We rated it Half True.

Politicians respond

Apart from Abbott, a number of other Texas politicians have spoken out on the issue, with many of them blaming the Obama administration for creating such a suspicion of the federal government.

For example, David Dewhurst, the former Lieutenant Governor of Texas, wrote a column simultaneously condemning the conspiracy theorists and attributing their suspicions to "legitimate concerns about the competence and trustworthiness of President Barack Obama."

Louie Gohmert, U.S. Representative for Texas’ First District, released a statement on Jade Helm, part of which read: "When leaders within the current administration believe that major threats to the country include those who support the Constitution, are military veterans, or even ‘cling to guns or religion,’ patriotic Americans have reason to be concerned."

Ted Cruz, Texas senator and presidential candidate, reached out to the Pentagon for reassurance about the military exercises, adding, "When the federal government has not demonstrated itself to be trustworthy in this administration, the natural consequence is that many citizens don't trust what it is saying."

The Pentagon assured Cruz and others the exercises were completely harmless, with one spokesman stating, "We are not taking over anything."

A quick, final note: conspiracy theories concerning government takeovers are not exclusive to the right.

In the midst of the Jade Helm debate, we fact-checked National Review editor Rich Lowry’s claim: "During the Bush administration, you actually had a prominent liberal write a book about how Bush was preparing for a fascist takeover of this country."

He clarified he was referring to a 2007 book by liberal and feminist Naomi Wolf; in it, Wolf argued that the Bush presidency fulfilled the 10 criteria that mark the rise of a totalitarian society. We rated Lowry’s claim True.

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Is Brainchild of Pentagon Adviser – The State Is Influencing Entertainment

It’s no secret that agencies of the United States and other governments are heavily involved with the creation of entertainment, after all propaganda isn’t a word for no reason. Hollywood in particular have a long track record of liaising and shmooozing with the suits of political and military power.

Of course, any filmmaker who takes their job seriously is going to try and craft their movie as true to life as possible. That’s naturally going to involve exploring military weaponry and equipment, protocols, strategy, and simply whether plots are realistic or not. On a pure empirical basis, there’s nothing wrong with talking to Nancy from the Department of Defense’s entertainment relations office and then meeting with Sergeant Bob to discuss how units get deployed in a war zone, or what [insert vehicle name here] really looks like.

However it would be naïve to dismiss that in some instances state involvement reaches the point of full blown collaboration and influence over plot – be that for vanity, self image, propaganda or other unknown reasons.

It is also worth pondering the fact that just because you may have met with a CIA officer, or somebody from the Pentagon and asked for their input, that what they’re telling you is sincere or the truth. The accuracy of the information they provide is only as sound as their honesty.

Tom Secker has been doing some interesting grunt work over at SpyCulture.com collating and chasing up FOIA requests about state involvement in films. The sheer amount and variety of movies with collaboration from the DOD, Air-force, and even the National Guard is quite staggering.

Video Games As Militainment

Another area of entertainment that is influenced by the state – though perhaps to a lesser extent – is video games, especially those with war themes. Just this week it emerged that the new Call of Duty installment “Advanced Warfare” was essentially the brainchild of a Pentagon adviser.

“Three years ago, right after we finished Modern Warfare 3, we started thinking about how to change Call of Duty,” Michael Condrey, co-founder of Sledgehammer Games, told the Guardian

“We brought in a lot of outside help – military advisers, futurologists – we got together with a scenario planner from the department of defense, who is active in the Pentagon. His job is to think about future threats and prepare ‘what if’ scenarios for the US government. So we asked him, ‘what do you think will be the conflict of tomorrow?’

Apparently, the source quickly ruled out China (“he said it’s too big, it’ll eventually collapse under its own economic weight”), a resurgence of the Cold War with Russia, and a consolidation of emergent Islamic extremist states. Instead, the adviser predicted that the next threat to the security of the United States would come from a private military company. It may be some billion-dollar contract gone bad or a sudden tipping point in the ratio between national military and contracted forces.

“We thought that was fascinating and provocative,” says Condrey. “What happens when an organisation that’s built for profit has access to all the latest weapons and technology – an organisation that can operate outside of the Geneva Convention, that can be purchased by the highest bidder? What if that got out of control?”

As always it looks spectacular. Gaming has reached such a level where in some cases it outdoes Hollywood in both storytelling and visuals. Indeed, Advanced Warfare has even captured the likeness and voice of actor Kevin Spacey (currently tearing it up on House of Cards) and cast him as the lead villain.

The single player campaign tells the story of Atlas Security and its sociopathic CEO (Spacey), who have gained more power than nation states in the name of securing the world from terrorism. Corporate corruption, false flag attacks, and the police state are all topics explored in the game.

Transhumanism

As somebody who is not a hardcore gamer what’s particularly striking to me is the backlash the gaming community has had against the COD franchise. As of writing, the trailer for Advanced Warfare has over 45,000 down-votes, compared to 186,000 up-votes. You only have to read the blog-o-sphere to learn that one of the prevailing criticisms of the title is its futuristic setting. Even as a layman I’ve become aware that the gaming industry is swamped with titles focussing on apocalyptic futurist scenarios, and soldiers running around in exoskeletons with zappy guns. People don’t see it as realistic and want something more gritty and plausible.

It’s anyone’s guess why the developers chose to sit down with a Pentagon adviser and let them seed the plot of the game, unless that’s just an over-exaggeration on their part, because it makes for a cool story.

From Xbox To Drones

While I’ve never been a “computer games cause violence” reactionary (other than perhaps the violence of smashing the controller after losing) there is a broader societal context to consider with some of these war based titles. If kids are consuming war every day through their consoles, and the plots are influenced by those involved in real life war, and then those kids are joining the military to pilot drones with replica gamepads, I can’t help but feel a bit gross.

Though as gross as that seemingly hidden agenda appears, it’s right out in the open with franchises like America’s Army, which was developed by the US army as PR recruitment tool. It also goes both ways with Hezbollah’s “Special Force” game allowing players to fight the Israelis.

From funding games themselves, to the technology involved in games, the US army and commercialized gaming have had a collaborative relationship since the very beginning. As explored in Cory Mead’s book War Play and summarized by the Atlantic:

The military offers funding and technical expertise to game and computer developers, and, in exchange, they give it proprietary technology and technical consulting.

Beginning in 1960 and ending in the 1990s, “the armed forces took the lead in financing, sponsoring, and inventing the specific technology used in video games.” Spacewar!, the title historians consider the first video game, was developed by graduate students at MIT who were funded by the Pentagon. As Mead tells us, the 1962 side project was made on a Programmed Data Processor-1, an early microcomputer. The PDP-1’s manufacturer didn’t have a faux space-battle program in mind—one in which “two players used switches and knobs to maneuver spaceships through the gravity field of a star while firing missiles at each other”—when the hardware was designed, surely. But SpaceWar! gave birth to the navigational controls and monitor-as-sight set-up that would influence all subsequent games.

Virtual Al Qaeda

The state is not just interested in video games for propaganda purposes however, the spy agencies are also infiltrating them to eavesdrop and mine data, something known for quite a while and reaffirmed in multiple documents involving multiple agencies in the US and UK.

The NSA document, written in 2008 and titled Exploiting Terrorist Use of Games & Virtual Environments, stressed the risk of leaving games communities under-monitored, describing them as a “target-rich communications network” where intelligence targets could “hide in plain sight”.

Games, the analyst wrote, “are an opportunity!”. According to the briefing notes, so many different US intelligence agents were conducting operations inside games that a “deconfliction” group was required to ensure they weren’t spying on, or interfering with, each other – the Guardian

The would-be assassins attempted to drive Gunther and his wife off of roads and down the side-cliffs to their deaths, however according to Russbacher his SEAL-team agents who were watching over him unbeknownst to the intended assassins, moved up quickly from behind and sent the CIA "hit men" to THEIR deaths instead. - Branton)

Saturn and the rise of the ‘GODS’ industry – the hidden link between global cataclysms, sex magick-blood rituals and guns, oil, drugs and slavery.
The literal and physical journey the planetSaturn has taken from being a brown dwarf star and Earth’s original sun to its subsequent banishment to the outer reaches of our current solar system is the story of the known Ages of Man according to the mythological, esoteric and occult traditions.
This story has become the basis for secretive mystery schools and warped theologies, sex and blood-based rituals and alchemically-driven sciences and arts.  It is the force behind the continuing struggle between those ‘of the Blood’ and those ‘of the Earth’.  It is the conflict between the love of money and the love of justice.  It feeds motives to commit conspiracy to suppress, yet its memory lies hidden beneath our fears for the future.  It is both the word and flesh from the beginning of human experience, the origin of both civilization and war.  It is the story of the four ages of Man.
The following is a simplified view of myth as history, and history as ritual by way of an intuitive rather than intellectual investigation of the evidence.
An Introduction to the Four Ages of Man
Worldwide mythologies and esoteric traditions generally talk of a cycle of four ages of Man. (These ages should not be confused with the scientific community’s demarcations of Stone age, bronze age and iron age historical progression.)
Broadly speaking, these traditions split mankind’s experiences in to Golden, Silver, Bronze and Iron epochs in the ages of Man.  Today we are said to live in an Iron Age of industry and technology.  Before that a Bronze Age of heroic mythology existed, preceded by a Silver Age born out of the chaos that ended that greatest of ages – the mythic paradise known as The Golden Age.

The Purple Dawn of Man
Yet, even before this Golden Age in which man enjoyed a tranquil existence devoid of want and bathed in the perfect light of a perfect and timeless sun, there was a primordial dawn of eternal twilight,… a distant age wrapped in a sea of celestial purple radiating a dense and global warmth from a single orb permanently stationed at the far north of the heavens.
To primordial man, this was the time of the Purple Dawn, the Great Dreamtime of our distant past celebrated in the oral and written traditions of ancient peoples the world over.
At that time there was no Sun as we know it today.  There was no way to tell day from night.  No stars could be seen through the dense atmospheric purple haze and there was no moon from which to tell the passing of time by its phases or from which the Earth’s oceans could be influenced in great tidal movements.  Man lived in a perpetual state of dusky darkness.  The warm and bountiful purple hue permeated all existence and the nocturnal thrived.
Like an eye looking onto the world from a swirling purple chaos in the heavens, primordial man would have seen one pale disk of light radiating its benign presence from a position locked at the celestial north pole.  It had always been there,… its presence an integral, yet silently ethereal part of the Earth’s landscape and mankind’s experience.


How the Earth may have looked during the age known as the Purple Dawn (circa 60,000 BC). Saturn can be seen as a pale stationary disk situated at Earth's celestial north. Its rings had not yet formed at this time.
Looking back from today we can identify this primordial sun as a brown dwarf star which would have radiated more energy than bright light.  When taking into account the descriptions that have come down to us from the ancients, we can determin that this particular brown dwarf star typically would have provided a far-reaching heliosphere, or plasma sheath, which extended out into space in a giant egg-like cocoon embrace of the Earth.  This would have uniformly bounced the star’s warm radiation back onto the planet producing the purplish primordial glow related to us by these ancient traditions.
To the Ancients of the Golden, Silver and Bronze ages, this sun-like disk was routinely identified as the god Kronos (Greek) or Saturn (Latin).  It was said to be the original and the best sun.  It was the first sun before the coming of the red star we today call the Sun.  Today, this very same disk seen by the ancients is now firmly established as the actual planet Saturn, a former brown dwarf star and now a distant spot of light at the outer reaches of our current solar system.
The journey this disk-like orb of light took from being Earth’s primordial sun to becoming that distant ringed gas-giant is the story of the known Ages of Man.

Secret Societies have been in existent for 1000's of years and are still in power all over the world, they're part of the "unseen" world. The reason why they're secret is because they don't want anyone to see what they're doing because if we knew what they're up too they would be destroy completely! The dark ones have been operating in the dark because they're from the dark side and know only darkness but the light came into the world and the darkness will never understand and will always be against the light but that OK because all things are good under Heaven and we most love all. But keep your eyes open and watch out for them because they didn't have LOVE and Light in their hearts therefor they must be watch closely; therefor  they most  operate in secret.
