Inquistr News Worth Sharing and Express News:ROSWELL UFO CRASH MILITARY PHOTO BOOSTS CONSPIRACY THEORY: ENHANCED MEMO SHOWS ‘DISK’ CRAFT AND ‘VICTIMS’

In what is certain to be a boost to the ongoing conspiracy theory that the United States government covered up the 1947 UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico, a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) researcher has claimed to have found evidence in a military memo concerning the reported crash that the military knew all along that something other than the proffered experimental weather balloon impacted the ground outside city of Roswell, New Mexico, seven decades ago. The memo in which he says he has found the evidence is seen clutched in the hand of US Air Force General Roger Ramey in the famed — or infamous, depending on one’s view of the government’s involvement in the UFO incident — “weather balloon” photo that features the general and the seeming metallic remnants of the “balloon,” the supposed “cover” story the military used to deny that there was ever a downed top secret military or extraterrestrial craft. The researcher has claimed to have enhanced the memo, zooming in on the image, and says that the there are references to a disk-shaped craft and “victims” of the crash.

As the Daily Express reported this week, UFO researcher David Rudiak has claimed to have found evidence in a 70-year-old photo that could settle, once and for all, the truth behind the strange 1947 Roswell incident that involved the military, the media, resident of the area, and an altered story that has led to one of the most enduring conspiracy theories ever concerning aliens, UFOs, and an official cover-up of what actually happened. After the initial crash of a UFO (labeled a “flying saucer” in the Roswell Daily Record) was reported in a local paper, the story was retracted the next day under the direction of the U.S. Army (the Air Force was officially part of the Army until September of the same year, when an act of Congress made it a separate military branch). Complete with photos of the downed craft, the military claimed that the crash site contained the remains of an experimental weather balloon.

The weather balloon explanation for what was recovered at the crash site is the official story to this day. And it is the original story, its contradiction of the “flying saucer” article prompted by the official press release by the public information officer at Roswell Army Air Field, and the subsequent conflicting reports over the years from eyewitnesses and military personnel involved in the Roswell incident that has fueled the conspiracy theory.

But Rudiak now insists that his evidence is proof that a disc-shaped UFO crashed outside Roswell and, furthermore, there were passengers recovered at the crash site. In short, his findings point to three things: That a UFO actually crashed outside Roswell in 1947, that there were passengers aboard, and that there has been a government cover-up of the incident.

Using modern technology to enhance the photo, which was taken in the office at Fort Worth Army Air Field, later known as Carswell Air Force Base, and zooming in on the memo in General Ramey’s hand, Rudiak determined that the wording of the memo indicated that there is a “clear reference” to a disk and what he believes to be the suggestion of “victims.”

Alejandro Rojas, a presenter for Open Minds Radio, told The Express that Rudiak thinks he has deciphered about 80 percent of the memo. “He says it is clear that there is a reference to a disc, and believes he can also make out a portion of a sentence that reads ‘and the victims of the wreck’. Rudiak says this proves that a disc-shaped craft was recovered.”

“However, perhaps more startling, he says it also corroborates the claims that extraterrestrial bodies were recovered from that wreck.”
A 1994 Government Accounting Office inquiry into the Roswell UFO incident confirmed that there was indeed a government cover-up effected by the release of the “weather balloon” story. The craft was actually a spy balloon, it was testified (per The Express), that sported listening and detection devices meant to be used to surveil Russia. The “weather balloon” story was concocted to hide the nature of the balloon’s actual purpose.

This follow-up explanation led to conspiracy theories that the government was again covering up the truth (a cover-up of a cover-up), simply altering the purpose of the so-called “balloon” to deflect from what was actually recovered in New Mexico.

Photograph experts at the Congressional inquiry also testified that the memo in General Ramey’s hand was illegible.

David Rudiak and his supporters now obviously believe otherwise, thus adding another layer to the convoluted story centered around the strange Roswell UFO crash.

Last year, Rojas reported via Open Minds TV that UFO researcher and author Kevin Randle posted a $10,000 reward for anyone who deciphered the Ramey memo.

Roswell UFO BREAKTHROUGH? 'Welder at crash site saw TWO dead ALIENS in flying saucer'

EXCLUSIVE: A PAIR of dead aliens WERE found in the wreckage of a crashed flying saucer discovered by the US military at Roswell in 1947, it was sensationally claimed yesterday.

EXCLUSIVE: A PAIR of dead aliens WERE found in the wreckage of a crashed flying saucer discovered by the US military at Roswell in 1947, it was sensationally claimed yesterday.

The Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) has received a report from a retired engineer who claims to have interviewed a welder who "cut open" the flying saucer that reportedly crashed in the New Mexico desert, just outside Roswell, more than 69 years ago. In a detailed report, the engineer – who has not been named – claimed to have carried out the interview in 1970, 23 years after the legendary event.

Roswell has been at the heart of the UFO scene since the military announced in a press release it had found the remains of a crashed flying saucer in the nearby desert, in July 1947. But the following day it retracted the statement, saying it was in fact a damaged US Air Force air balloon. Witnesses later came forward to say there had been alien bodies within the "crashed craft", which along with the wreckage were then taken to the mysterious top-secret Area 51 military base in Nevada. In the shock report to MUFON, the former engineer first explained why the interview came about.

He said: "I joined the staff of the then new campus of the University of California at Santa Cruz.
"There were several sightings of UFOs in the mountains behind the campus in 1969 and reported to the University.
"I was asked to interview three people and file a report.
"I could find no credibility or evidence in these events but, because it was a small campus and everybody in the Science knew what was going on, I got the unwanted reputation of someone who knew about UFOs."

The engineers claimed this led him to be introduced to the welder who had reportedly been employed any the US Air Force at the Roswell base at the time of the crash.
He said: "The individual I interviewed was a welder by trade and after the war was employed at the Roswell Air Force base welding jigs and fixtures for servicing aircraft."
He said the welder revealed how he was told to load a cutting torch for a trip to the desert when they arrived at the crash site.

The report claims that a witness testified to seeing two alien bodies in the Roswell flying saucer.

The engineer said in the report: "He [the welder] said they had a flatbed truck loaded with wreckage and there were soldiers on their hands and knees picking up every piece of wreckage and putting it in cloth bags.
"He said they drove a little farther out of sight from the wreckage and came upon a second group of people standing around an intact UFO.
"He said the brush was knocked down indicating the craft had skidded across the ground and came to rest nosed into a natural berm with the back side slightly off the ground.
"He described the craft as being about 25/26 feet in diameter with a large dome on top.
"He said the craft was the 'colour of weak tea' with a burnished finish.
"He said there were no signs of weld marks, seams, or rivets and that all of the edges had either an inside or outside radius. There were no visible windows or openings."
The welder described being told to cut an opening in the dome big enough for a man to crawl through.
The report said he began cutting a hole from the base of the dome.
It read: "He said it was a tough alloy and slow cutting but the material was surprisingly thin. He tried bending the metal out of his way as he was cutting but the metal would spring back to its original shape without creasing."
This mirrors separate claims made in during an interview earlier this year when a woman alleged to have handled material "which came from the flying saucer which could not be cut or burnt and recovered its shape if crumpled" when aged 10 in 1957.
The report went on: "He finished his cut and set the metal piece aside and looked into the cockpit for a few seconds before he was ordered off the craft.
"He said it was difficult to see very far into the craft because of the glare from the portable lights and the cockpit was full of smoke from the cutting torch.
"He said he saw two beings who appeared to be dead.
"He said the cockpit had a strong smell of ammonia.

"He described the two beings as being about 4 feet tall, but they were doubled up so it was hard to say.
"They were wearing what he said were skin tight purplish flight suits that reminded him of sequins.
"He described their heads as what we now refer to as greys. He said there were no visible instruments that he could see."
The welder allegedly revealed he was warned to keep silent after returning to base. The engineer's report read: "He said it was dark when they arrived and he was escorted by armed guards into a building for a debriefing. He said there were several high ranking officers at the table along with four or five civilians in suits.
"He said that after he was debriefed he was told that he was not to talk about what he had seen as it was a state secret and if he was caught divulging anything he would spend the rest of his life in prison or worse. "He was scared to death by the threat and my friend and myself are the only people he ever told and that was 23 years after the event."The retired engineer said he promised the welder not to relay his story until after his death, which happened in the late 1980s.
It is not clear from his report why he waited until now to report it to US-based MUFON, which is the world's biggest organization dedicated to UFO and alien investigation. The retired engineer added: "During the interview, I never sensed anything odd about his presentation or with his mannerisms. "He provided a lot more information that I have stated but the interview was almost 50 years ago and forgotten. "I think he was telling the truth."
"I have shared my knowledge of this interview with a couple of investigators but I think they doubted my credibility." MUFON is investigating the claims, but the organization has previously admitted it is sometimes sent completely fictitious and bogus material.

UFOs TODAY – 70 Years of Lies, Misinformation, and Government Cover-Up, is written by Dr Irena Scott and features the witness account. Along with this, a never-seen-before video interview with the deputy sheriff has also emerged. In her book Dr Scott writes: “This gentleman’s unique testimony will be published here for the first time.” In July 1947 Sheriff Jess Slaughter and Deputy Sheriff Charles Fogus were on duty in a patrol car.
Suddenly they heard reports of a crashed aircraft on the police radio.

In the interview Mr Fogus claims he saw a flying saucer smash into the side of a river bed and that the flying object was “100 ft across”. Describing the scene, he said: “When we got there, the land was covered with soldiers. They were hauling a big, creature. “The bodies must have been 5 feet tall.“I saw the legs and feet on some of them. They looked like our feet.”
Mr Focus continued: “The skin was a brownish colour…. Like they were in the sun too long.
“There were soldiers there….about 3 or 4 hundred of them.
“We seen them haul them [the bodies] out there, out of the canyon up to the trucks….puttin them on the tow trucks so they could haul them.”
In July 1947 the military sensationally announced in a press release it had found the remains of a crashed flying saucer in the desert. But the following day it retracted the statement, saying it was in fact a damaged US Air Force air balloon. The Roswell incident is one of the most discussed and controversial UFO theories in history.

The strange corpse was taken with the wreckage to the mysterious top-secret Area 51 military base in Nevada. The closely-guarded nature of Area 51 adds to the intrigue of a site long associated with UFO conspiracy theories.

The base, about 80 miles from Las Vegas, is thought to be used for the development and testing of experimental aircraft. Many conspiracy theorists claim it has been used for reverse engineering of the alleged crashed alien spacecraft at Roswell.
Charles E. Wharry (Darkbird18),
Aliens and UFO sighting have been with mankind for millions of years and have been reported my Ancient Human History research because the information shows up in ancient human artwork and ancient texts. Roswell was one of the first real reports of something that really happens and seen by us "Human Beings" in modern time where there are Newspapers and media sources that could record such an event. This is the reason why I call UFO information, Ugly UFO Information and Research" because just like in the movie, "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" western, "Tuco" whose character is called "The Ugly" because Tuco truth no one and believes that everything is a Lie! And for him to trust anyone, you must prove to him you are a real human-being and "Speak the TRUTH!" Also Like in the X-Files with Mulder and Scully, "The Truth is Out There" and "Trust NO ONE!" But my research shows that something really big happens in Roswell in 1947 but the truth may never be found because the truth must be so overwhelming, that the "Lie" must win the day! Read these two articles about Roswell and see if you can find the truth?
